Auto-offers
Accept or counter incoming offers automatically, based on your thresholds.
Offers arrive at all hours, and slow answers kill deals. Auto-offers responds to them instantly using rules you set once.
How it works
You set three numbers — globally, or per listing via the inline Offers and Min Offer columns in the Listings tab:
- Accept threshold — accept automatically if the offer is at least this percentage of your asking price (default 80%).
- Counter discount — otherwise, counter at your asking price minus this percentage (default 15%).
- Price floor — an absolute minimum the engine will never go below.
You can also attach a message that's sent along with counters, and exclude specific listings entirely.
accept_threshold: 0.80 # accept offers ≥ 80% of asking price
counter_discount: 0.15 # otherwise counter at asking price − 15%
price_floor: 12.00 # never settle below €12Example
Your listing is €30, accept threshold 80% (€24), counter discount 15%:
| Buyer offers | What happens |
|---|---|
| €26 | Accepted instantly |
| €18 | Countered at €25,50 |
| Any amount | Never settles below your floor |
The engine scans for new offers on its own schedule (every 15 minutes by default, as part of the automations engine).
You stay in control
Auto-offers only ever acts within the thresholds you set. Per-listing rules — including turning offers off for rare items you'd rather negotiate yourself — override the global ones.
Proactive offers to likers
Sending discount offers proactively to people who favorited an item is being verified against the live marketplace and is currently disabled. It won't fire until it's confirmed safe.
