How to export your Vinted wardrobe to CSV or Google Sheets
Vinted has no export button. Here's how to get your whole wardrobe — titles, prices, attributes, photos — into a spreadsheet, and why you'd want to.
· The Sellu Team
Vinted gives you no way to export your listings. No CSV button, no backup, no API. Your wardrobe — every title and description you wrote, every price, every attribute — lives only inside Vinted, until a listing is deleted and it's gone.
Here's how to get it into a spreadsheet, and what that unlocks.
Why export at all?
- Bulk editing — a spreadsheet is the fastest editor there is: find-and-replace across every description, repricing formulas, sorting by age or price. (Full bulk-editing guide.)
- Backup — if a listing is deleted (by you, by mistake, or by Vinted), the photos and text are unrecoverable. An export is your safety copy.
- Bookkeeping — a wardrobe list with prices is the starting point for tracking stock and profit.
- Moving catalogs — a CSV is the bridge between platforms: Shopify to Vinted, Vinted to anywhere.
The manual way: copy-paste
For a small wardrobe you can genuinely just copy each listing's fields into a sheet. Budget a minute or two per item, and accept that you'll never keep it in sync with reality. This stops being viable somewhere around 20 items.
The Sellu way: one-click CSV export
Sellu reads your wardrobe from your own logged-in session and exports every listing to CSV in one action — titles, descriptions, prices, brands, sizes, conditions, categories and photo URLs. Open the file in Google Sheets or Excel and it's all there, one row per listing.
The export is also round-trip: edit the CSV and import it back, and Sellu applies your changes to the live listings. That turns Sheets into a bulk editor for your entire Vinted shop:
- Export the wardrobe.
- In Sheets:
=B2*0.9down the price column, find-and-replace in descriptions, rewrite weak titles. - Import the file. Sellu updates the listings at a safe, human pace.
Importing from Shopify (or anywhere with a CSV)
Sellu also reads Shopify's product CSV format, so a catalog you already maintain elsewhere can be imported and listed on Vinted without retyping anything — we wrote a step-by-step Shopify-to-Vinted guide. Any spreadsheet you can shape into the expected columns works the same way.
A free habit worth stealing
Export once a month and keep the file. It's a backup, a price history, and a record of what you actually listed — and one day, when you need to know what that deleted listing said or sold for, you'll have it.
