How to import Shopify products to Vinted (CSV, step by step)
Move a Shopify catalog onto Vinted without retyping a single listing — export the product CSV, import it with Sellu, review and publish.

If you already run a Shopify store — vintage, streetwear, handmade, liquidation — Vinted is a second sales channel with millions of buyers and zero listing fees. The problem is getting your catalog over: Vinted has no import, no API, and no bulk anything. Relisting a 200-product store by hand is a week of copy-paste.
Here's the workflow that skips the retyping.
Step 1: Export your products from Shopify
In Shopify admin: Products → Export → All products → CSV file. Shopify emails you (or downloads) a CSV with one row per variant: title, description (as HTML), price, images, options like size and colour.
Two things worth doing to the file first:
- Filter to what belongs on Vinted. Fashion, accessories, kids' clothes, homeware — check what categories Vinted supports in your country. Drop the rest of the rows.
- Sanity-check prices. Vinted is a marketplace with an offer culture — flat webshop pricing often lands 10–15% above where you'd price for Vinted, where negotiation is the norm.
Step 2: Import the CSV with Sellu
Sellu reads Shopify's product CSV format directly. Import the file in the panel and your products land as stock items — titles, descriptions, prices and image URLs carried over, with Shopify's HTML descriptions flattened to the plain text Vinted expects. From there each item can be published to your Vinted wardrobe through the same engine that powers one-click relisting: photos are fetched, the listing form is filled, and the item is created on your own account at a human pace — with an as-draft option so you can review the first few before publishing for real.
You'll still want a quick pass per item for the Vinted-specific attributes a webshop CSV doesn't carry (condition, exact category, parcel size). That pass takes seconds per listing instead of the minutes a full retype costs — and AI autofill can tighten titles into the brand + type + colour + size format Vinted search rewards.
Step 3: Keep the two channels in sync
The honest risk of selling one physical item in two places is the double-sale. Manage it with stock tracking rather than memory:
- Track quantities in Sellu's inventory — SKUs and stock counts sit next to your Vinted listings.
- When something sells on Shopify, delist it on Vinted the same day (and vice versa).
- Keep one-of-one items on a single channel unless you check both daily.
Not on Shopify? Any CSV works
The same import accepts a plain spreadsheet shaped like a product list — one row per item with title, description, price, image URLs.
