How to bulk edit Vinted listings: prices, titles and descriptions at once

Vinted has no built-in bulk editing — here's the manual workaround, and how to update prices, titles and descriptions across your whole wardrobe in one action.

· The Sellu Team

Drop your prices 10% for a weekend sale. Add "SALE" to fifty titles. Fix the postage note you pasted into every description. On Vinted, each of those means opening every listing, one at a time, editing, saving, and repeating — because Vinted has no bulk editing at all.

This guide covers what you can do natively, and how to actually bulk edit when your wardrobe is bigger than a handful of items.

What Vinted lets you do natively

Nothing, in bulk. The Vinted app and website only support editing one listing at a time: open the item, tap Edit, change the field, save. There's no multi-select, no price rules, no find-and-replace. For a 10-item wardrobe that's annoying; at 100+ items it's an afternoon gone.

The one semi-exception is deleting: you can hide or delete items individually fairly quickly, but even that has no multi-select.

The manual method (and when it's still fine)

If you only need to touch a few listings, the fastest manual loop is on desktop: open your wardrobe, middle-click each item to open it in a new tab, then work through the tabs with Edit → change → save. Ten listings take about ten minutes. Beyond that, the error rate creeps up — it's very easy to fat-finger a price when you're doing the same edit for the fortieth time.

Bulk editing with Sellu

Sellu is a browser extension that adds the bulk layer Vinted is missing. Select any number of listings in its panel and:

  • Prices — raise or lower by a fixed amount or a percentage in one action. Running a 15%-off weekend is one click, and so is putting prices back on Monday. See bulk actions.
  • Titles and descriptions — edit across many listings, including via spreadsheet (more below).
  • Details — update attributes without opening each listing.

Everything happens on your own account, in your own browser, at a human pace — Sellu rate-limits itself and applies daily caps so your activity stays natural. More on that in is Vinted automation safe?

The spreadsheet method: edit 200 listings in Excel

For big rewrites, the fastest editor isn't a panel — it's a spreadsheet. Sellu exports your entire wardrobe to CSV, you edit titles, descriptions and prices in Google Sheets or Excel (find-and-replace, formulas, the lot), then import the file back and Sellu applies the changes. It also reads Shopify CSVs, so migrating a catalog to Vinted works the same way.

This is the workflow that scales: a full-wardrobe repricing formula takes minutes in Sheets, no matter whether you have 50 listings or 500.

Bulk edits worth making regularly

  1. Seasonal repricing — knock 10–20% off out-of-season stock instead of letting it sit.
  2. Title keyword passes — front-load brand + item type + size in every title (why this matters).
  3. Description boilerplate updates — postage days, bundle discounts, measurements policy: change it once, apply everywhere.
  4. Pre-repost price cuts — pair a small price drop with a repost to land back at the top of search with a sharper price.

FAQ

Can you bulk edit on the Vinted app? No — the app has no bulk features. You need a desktop browser and an extension like Sellu.

Will bulk editing get me banned? Editing your own listings is normal seller activity. The risk with any tool is speed — hundreds of edits in seconds looks robotic. Sellu paces every action and enforces daily caps (account safety).

How many listings can I edit at once? Sellu's free plan covers small batches; paid plans remove the limits — see pricing.

Sellu's free plan includes bulk actions and CSV export — no card required. Install Sellu for Chrome and edit your whole wardrobe in one pass.
