Sellu gives you three levels of inbox automation, from canned responses to a fully automatic AI agent — both in the panel's **Inbox** tab and directly inside Vinted's own message composer. ## Quick replies Save your most common answers — measurements, shipping times, bundle discounts — and send them with one click. An **⚡ Quick replies** menu appears right in the marketplace's message composer, `@username` is replaced with the buyer's name, and your most-used replies float to the top. ## Bulk replies Select multiple conversations and send the same message to all of them, with per-buyer personalization. Useful for announcing a sale or nudging buyers who went quiet. A **Generate with AI** option drafts the message from the selected threads for you. ## AI smart agent The smart agent reads incoming questions and answers them automatically using the AI credits included in your plan. It reads the conversation and the listing being discussed, so answers are specific, not generic. - Runs in the background as an [automation](/docs/features/automations), or on demand via the **🤖 AI reply** button in any conversation - Configurable tone and an optional custom system prompt (for example: never accept an offer, always mention bundles) - Replies are kept short, friendly, and sales-oriented ## Stay organized The inbox doubles as a lightweight CRM: every conversation carries a workflow status (needs reply, to-do, in progress, done, archived), private notes, and your own custom labels — and you can filter by any of them. Bulk mark-as-read keeps the badge count honest, and the conversation viewer shows the order context (item, price, shipping status, tracking) right next to the thread, with pending offers you can accept, counter, or reject inline. ## Follow-up nudges The [follow-up automation](/docs/features/automations) sends a configurable nudge to conversations awaiting your reply — one of the highest-converting messages a seller can send. Each thread is nudged at most once.
