description: Common questions about safety, accounts, and fixing issues.

## Is this safe for my account?

The extension runs inside your own logged-in browser session and paces every action with
randomized, human-like delays that scale with how much you're doing. There are no shared
bots, no server-side logins, and no credential sharing. That said, all automation tools
exist in a gray area of marketplace terms of service — start with conservative settings.

## Do I need to keep my computer on?

Yes — automations run in your browser, so it needs to be open (it can be minimized).
Scheduled jobs resume where they left off the next time you're online.

## Where do I manage stock and see my numbers?

On your [dashboard](/docs/dashboard) at sellu.app — stock room, publish queue,
listings across accounts, and financials. The extension keeps it in sync automatically;
see [how data gets there](/docs/dashboard#how-data-gets-here).

## The panel doesn't see my listings

1. Make sure you're logged in to the marketplace in the same browser profile.
2. Refresh the marketplace tab, then reopen the extension panel.
3. If the marketplace shows a verification challenge, complete it once — the extension
   waits and retries automatically afterwards.

## AI features aren't working

- Check that your subscription is active and you're signed in to the extension.
- Check your **AI credit balance** — it's shown in the app sidebar and under
**Settings → Account** in the extension. Listing autofill costs 10 credits, replies 1.
- Out of credits? [Top up](https://sellu.app/billing) — topped-up credits never expire.

## Reposts seem slow

That's by design. Reposts are spaced out with human-like pacing that grows with batch
size, which protects your account. Schedule big batches overnight with the
[restocker](/docs/features/automations).

## How do I get support?

Email us — the address is in the site footer. Include your browser version and a
screenshot of the panel's **Settings → About** tab if you're reporting a bug.
