title: Stock manager
description: Your physical inventory — items, sizes, photos, SKUs, and costs.
---

The **Stock** page is your inventory, independent of any marketplace. A stock item is
the *physical thing on your shelf* — it can have multiple sizes, a purchase cost, and be
published to several Vinted accounts at once without you re-typing anything.

## Add an item

<Steps>

### Click "Add item"

Give it a title, description, price, and up to 20 photos — drag and drop to upload,
drag again to reorder. Brand, category, size, condition, colors, and package size all
use Vinted's own reference data, so everything maps cleanly when you publish.

### Let AI do the writing

Click **Complete with AI** to draft the whole item from its photos — title, description,
brand, condition, colors. Each text field also has an inline **AI rewrite** button.
Both are included without a separate usage balance.

### Track what matters to you

Add a **SKU**, **storage location**, **purchase price**, and **quantity**. If the item
comes in several sizes, add **per-size variants** with their own quantities.

</Steps>

**The result:** a searchable stock room (search covers title and SKU) that knows what
each item cost you, how many are left in each size, and where it's stored — and the
Overview page shows your total stock value at cost.

## Two ways to fill your stock

- **From the dashboard** — add items by hand or with AI, as above.
- **From the extension** — in the panel's Listings tab, hit **Sync** on any existing
  Vinted listing to pull it into stock, photos and attributes included, already linked
  to its live listing.

## Stock follows your sales

Quantities are live: when a linked listing sells, the sold unit is subtracted from the
item (and the right size variant). When an item runs out of stock, Sellu automatically
queues its remaining live listings for delisting, so you never sell what you don't
have. Republishing from the [publication graph](/docs/dashboard/publication-graph)
always shows the real remaining count.
